I am so happy you are here! That means running is either already part of your life or you are hoping to make it one!
It never ceases to amaze me how much running has changed my life. I mean, it’s just running! Physically, we are just moving one foot in front of the other, yet that simple movement done over and over has the power to dramatically change our lives.
There is so much magic that happens between all those steps. Running has a way to bring out our truest and strongest self.
As your coach, I want to help you achieve more in your running than you believe that you can, because the confidence gained from surpassing your expectations… it transcends to ALL parts of your life.

Summer energy starts now. The sunshine, the vacations, the feeling of confidence in your body - this six-week series will get you ahead of the game, torching fat, building muscle and unlocking your strongest self before summer even hits.
Six week series featuring two treadmill + (NEW!) core strength classes per week that will push you out of your comfort zone, fire up your speed & endurance, torch fat while building muscle and leave you feeling like a total baddie! The physical and mental health benefits of sprinting make it one of the most powerful workouts for both your body and mind.

DETAILS
Two empowering treadmill + core strength classes a week for six weeks (12 total classes)
High-energy summer-themed classes - match your workout gear to the theme for more fun, accountability and help lock in that summer mindset
Daily plank challenge
Classes stream live from a private Facebook group on Tuesdays & Fridays 6am EST
First class is Tuesday April 8th and last class is Friday May 16th
Ability to replay all classes for the duration of the series + an extra 9 days, making last day to replay on Sunday May 25th
Each class includes:
Dynamic Warm-up (~10 minutes on treadmill)
10 Sprint Intervals: 10-30 second sprints with 90 second walking recoveries (~20-25 minutes on treadmill)
NEW!!! Core Strength with Weights (weights optional) (15 minutes on mat)
Stretching (5-10 minutes on mat)
Classes taught on a treadmill but easily adapted for a bike, elliptical or rower - can also be followed outside on the road, track or trail.
For all fitness levels because we all have our OWN max intensity & everything can be modified
