Sprint Interval Training is a powerhouse method proven to burn fat, boost endurance, build strength, and rewire your brain for confidence and resilience. Sprints are the heart of every series, but it has evolved into so much more.

It’s self-discovery, empowerment, growth, and A LOT of laughing. It’s like working out with your besties, filled with the kind of connection where you can talk real, laugh hard, and show up exactly as you are. And no two are the same because every six-week series is built around a new theme.

From March 10th through April 24th, our theme is “BLOOM.” Inspired by the butterfly, this series celebrates the transformation that happens beneath the surface and the beauty found in the journey itself. BLOOM symbolizes the BEAUTY IN BECOMING. Becoming stronger, becoming more confident, becoming more of who you are meant to be.

At the end of 2025, I was stunned to find out that at 43 years old, I was already post-menopausal and had developed osteopenia. I realized I needed to educate myself, add more weight bearing work into my fitness routine, and create real accountability. I wanted to do all this alongside other women, sharing experiences and supporting one another, and so born was the Hot Flash Hike + Strength Series.

This is a 6-week training and education series, designed to support strength, bone health, and confidence during midlife and beyond. It blends weighted hiking and upper body strength training with honest conversations and expert education about midlife health. A space where women can share their stories, learn through each other’s experiences, and feel more informed, supported, and confident advocating for their own health. Woven into the series will be live Q&A sessions with doctors, certified menopause specialists and registered dietitians, providing professional insight, education, guidance, and trusted resources along the way.
