“Running sprints by myself was boring and not motivating. I always ran at speed 8-9 for 30 seconds. But running with Lindsay and my other besties these past 6 weeks has helped me to increase my speed to 11 for 30 seconds. I even hit 11.5 a few times. I finished running 12 speed for 20 seconds twice; once on a flat and once on a 2% incline. I’m ready to crush the #Armytenmiler in October.
