Sixpack Sprint Series - Empower your Heart

Six-week series featuring two high intensity treadmill classes a week that will push you out of your comfort zone, improve your speed and endurance, build muscle in your entire body, torch belly fat, and my favorite… make you feel like a badass! No matter your fitness level, we all have a max intensity and pushing ourselves to those limits is where change happens. These classes are FUN, EMPOWERING & will PUSH YOU to those zones that can be challenging to do on our own.

  • Two empowering treadmill classes a week for six weeks (12 total classes)

  • Classes stream live from a private Facebook group on Tuesdays & Fridays 6am EST

  • First class is Friday February 14th and last class is Friday March 21st

  • ***Due to personal travel, the Friday 2/28 class will be held on Sunday 2/23. The Tuesday 3/25 class will be held on Sunday 3/16. You can join me live on the Sunday classes or replay on a Tuesday or Friday to stay on schedule.

  • Ability to replay all classes for the duration of the series + an extra week, making last day to replay on Sunday April 6th

  • Each class consists of a 10 minute warm-up followed by 20-30 minutes of high intensity sprint intervals with high energy music, finishing with 5-10 minutes of stretching

  • Classes can be followed on the treadmill or outside

  • For all fitness levels because we all have our OWN max intensity

  • Foam roller and trigger point ball stretching video tutorial

  • Guidance provided on how to safely incorporate class into your current fitness routine

  • Guidance provided on how to structure class into your race training plan

  • Classes stream from private Facebook group titled SIXPACK SPRINT SERIES #7

  • You must request to join the Facebook group and will be accepted in once your order is confirmed.
